Siltuximab is a speciality drug approved for the treatment and management of idiopathic multicentric Castleman’s disease (iMCD). It is a Chimeric Monoclonal Antibody approved by the FDA. This drug has been studied and evaluated for the treatment of B-cell non-Hodgkin's lymphoma and ovarian cancers. Renal cell carcinoma and prostate cancers have also been studied from the perspective of Siltuximab’s role in their treatment.
