    HOW SUPPLIED/STORAGE AND HANDLING:

    Blinatumomab Injection must be refrigerated at 2°C to 8°C (36°F to 46°F). Do not use the Blinatumomab Injection beyond the expiration date located on the carton and the vial.

    DOSAGE

    For injection: 35 mcg of lyophilized powder in a single-dose vial for reconstitution.
